Antonio Conte's Napoli are currently leading the way in Serie A.

- Napoli sit top of Serie A and three points clear of nearest challengers Inter Milan
- Inter Milan are on the longest unbeaten run in the division
- Just two points separate Como in 13th and 18th-placed Lecce

There are two standout fixtures taking place in Serie A this weekend as AC Milan and Inter Milan meet in the Derby della Madonnina, while leaders Napoli face a tricky trip to the capital to take on Roma.

Here are our score predictions for all 10 games from across the weekend in the Italian top-flight.

Parma vs Lecce (Friday, 7.45pm)

A battle between two struggling teams to kick-off week 23, but, with home advantage, Parma should have enough to edge past a Lecce side who have lost their last two games, shipping eight goals in the process.

Score prediction: Parma 2-1 Lecce

Monza vs Hellas Verona (Saturday, 2pm)

Another relegation six pointer and this one could finish all-square, with bottom of the table Monza looking to build on victory over Fiorentina in their last home fixture, while fourth-bottom Hellas Verona have been improving on their travels.

Score prediction: Monza 1-1 Hellas Verona

Udinese vs Venezia (Saturday, 2pm)

Struggling Venezia are the only team yet to register an away victory in Serie A this season, but they can take a point off out-of-form Udinese, who are without a home win since October.

Score prediction: Udinese 1-1 Venezia

Atalanta vs Torino (Saturday, 5pm)

With title rivals Inter Milan and Napoli facing tricky fixtures on Sunday, third-placed Atalanta can put the pressure on, although it may be nervy for Gian Piero Gasperini's side against a Torino team who have drawn four of their last five games.

Score prediction: Atalanta 3-2 Torino

Bologna vs Como (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Bologna and Como have both shown improved form over recent weeks, but, with the hosts having lost only once at home all season in Serie A and the visitors winning just once on the road, this should end in a victory for Vincenzo Italiano's side.

Score prediction: Bologna 2-1 Como

Juventus vs Empoli (Sunday, 11.30am)

Juventus lost for the first time in Serie A this season at Napoli last weekend and followed that up with another defeat in Europe against Benfica, but they should bounce back when Empoli come to town, as the visitors have taken just two points from the last 21 available.

Score prediction: Juventus 2-0 Empoli

Fiorentina vs Genoa (Sunday, 2pm)

Fiorentina's early season form has deserted them over the winter and they may struggle to get the better of mid-table Genoa, who have only lost two of their 12 matches since going down 1-0 to the Viola at the end of October.

Score prediction: Fiorentina 0-0 Genoa

AC Milan vs Inter Milan (Sunday, 5pm)

The first two Derby della Madonnina's of the season have gone the way of AC Milan, but title hopefuls Inter should edge this one given that they are unbeaten in 16 Serie A games, winning 13 of those and sit 16 points above their city rivals in the standings.

Score prediction: AC Milan 1-2 Inter Milan

Roma vs Napoli (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Leaders Napoli are on a seven-match winning run and are fresh from seeing off Atalanta and Juventus in their last two games. The Partenopei can add Roma to that list, although it may be closely fought against Claudio Ranieri's much-improved hosts.

Score prediction: Roma 1-2 Napoli

Cagliari vs Lazio (Monday, 7.45pm)

Rounding off week 23 will be Lazio's trip to Sardinia to take on struggling Cagliari.

The visitors should be able to make it four wins across their last five Serie A away trips in this one, especially as they have triumphed on their last five visits to the Unipol Domus.

Score prediction: Cagliari 0-3 Lazio
