- Burnley's James Trafford has kept 20 clean sheets in 29 league appearances this season
- Oxford have not lost in the Championship since a 4-0 defeat at Leeds on December 21
- Recommended bet: Draw
Burnley extended their remarkable defensive record in this season's Championship as they drew 0-0 at Portsmouth on Saturday.
That was the Clarets' 10th goalless stalemate in 30 league fixtures this term and one of them came against Oxford back in September.
The U's should be in good heart for the return fixture against promotion hopefuls Burnley, as they stretched their unbeaten run to nine league matches with a 1-1 draw at home to Bristol City at the weekend.
Team news
Burnley will assess the fitness of Josh Brownhill and Luca Koleosho, who missed Saturday's draw at Portsmouth. Nathan Redmond, Jordan Beyer, Aaron Ramsey and Enock Agyei remain sidelined.
U's manager Gary Rowett could name an unchanged team as Ben Nelson, Max Woltman, Owen Dale and Elliott Moore are still injured.

The stats
Five of Burnley's last seven league matches finished 0-0, while the Clarets have conceded just nine goals in 30 games in this season's Championship.
Five of the Clarets' last six Championship home games have ended in draws.
Oxford are unbeaten in nine Championship matches and have drawn their last three away matches in the league.
Oxford have lost all seven of their away games against top-half teams this season.
Prediction
Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford kept his eighth straight clean sheet at Portsmouth on Saturday, but only three of those shutouts have helped his side to victories.
The Clarets have had five 0-0 draws in their last seven games and one of those, against Sunderland, was only achieved thanks to two late penalty saves by Trafford.
A goals-against tally of nine from 30 matches is sensational, but Burnley boss Scott Parker needs his side to find their cutting edge up front if they are to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League.
Their leading goalscorer, with nine, is midfielder Josh Brownhill, who missed the draw at Pompey, where the Clarets had 14 shots to their hosts' 18.
It is hard to see Parker's men cutting loose against in-form Oxford, who have not lost in the Championship since just before Christmas.
Rowett is getting an excellent tune out of the U's on their return to the second tier and they drew 1-1 with play-off hopefuls Bristol City at the weekend.
Oxford's last three away league matches – at Preston, Plymouth and Stoke – also finished all-square and the draw looks a big runner when they travel to Turf Moor.
The first of Burnley's 10 goalless stalemates in their league campaign came at Oxford in September, when the teams mustered only one shot on target each, so they could prove hard to separate again on Tuesday evening.
