Manchester United are preparing to sell Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho and Antony in January to fund an audacious bid for Kylian Mbappe.

British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe is close to sealing his minority stake in the Red Devils in the next fortnight.

And the Mirror claim he will look to force out the attacking trio to help get the Premier League outfit back on track.

Martial cost United £35million when he arrived from Monaco in 2015 but has never delivered on his potential, spending part of last season on loan at Sevilla.

Sancho meanwhile has been thrown out of Erik ten Hag's first team after a public spat with the Dutch boss earlier this season.

The England international signed a five-year contract when he joined from Borussia Dortmund in 2021 but his future at Old Trafford looks bleak.

Brazilian winger Antony followed Ten Hag to Manchester from Ajax yet has only racked up 11 goal contributions in 55 appearances and has struggled to settle.

Football Insider say the funds generated will then be used to mount a pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain talisman Mbappe in 2024.

Spanish media believe Real Madrid are ready to pay Erling Haaland's £174million release clause to bring the Manchester City sensation to LaLiga.

City will look to replace Kevin De Bruyne with West Ham playmaker Lucas Paqueta, according to Brazilian outlet UOL.

Free agent David de Gea could be on his way to Real Betis, say local reports.
