Vincent Kompany's Bayern Munich can put pressure on their rivals by stretching their lead at the top on Friday night

- Bayern Munich are the only undefeated team left in the Bundesliga this season
- Bochum are the only club still seeking an elusive first win of the campaign
- RB Leipzig have the best defensive record with just five goals conceded in 10 games

Bayern Munich are threatening to pull clear at the top of the Bundesliga table and the Bavarian giants have the chance to extend their five-point lead on Friday night when they host Augsburg.

The weekend’s action from the German top flight concludes on Sunday evening with strugglers St. Pauli set for a tough game when they travel to Borussia Monchengladbach.

Bayern Munich vs Augsburg (Friday, 7.30pm)

Bayern look back to their dominant best and are currently on a four-game winning streak in the Bundesliga. Not conceding a single goal in that spell, the frontrunners look capable of keeping Augsburg off the scoresheet while claiming the three points.

Score prediction: 3-0

Bayer Leverkusen vs Heidenheim (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Reigning champions Bayer Leverkusen have drawn half their games this season but should not drop any points against Heidenheim on Saturday. Heidenheim have scored eight away goals in five road trips this season but they might well fall short against the champions here.

Score prediction: 3-2

Borussia Dortmund vs Freiburg (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Borussia Dortmund have struggled on the road but they have won all of their home games in the Bundesliga this season as they prepare to host Freiburg. Freiburg have impressed in this early stages of the campaign by earning 17 points from 10 games but they could just be edged out by BVB here.

Score prediction: 2-1

Hoffenheim vs RB Leipzig (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Losing three of their last four home games, Hoffenheim might well struggle when they host RB Leipzig on Saturday afternoon. Leipzig have only lost one away game in the league this season and, with the best defensive record in the competition, can leave PreZero Arena with the three points.

Score prediction: 0-2

Stuttgart vs Bochum (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Sebastian Hoeness' Stuttgart have scored 13 goals in their five home games in the Bundesliga this season

Bochum are still looking for their first win of the Bundesliga campaign but it is hard to see them getting it at Stuttgart on Saturday.

Stuttgart have hardly been firing on all cylinders of late but with Bochum losing all their five away games, including a 7-2 thrashing at Eintracht Frankfurt in their last match on the road, a comfortable home win is on the cards here.

Score prediction: 4-1

Wolfsburg vs Union Berlin (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Without a home win this season, Wolfsburg play host to Union Berlin looking for those elusive first three points at Volkswagen Arena. However Wolfsburg, who have drawn two of their last three league games, might have to wait a little longer, with another stalemate looking likely.

Score prediction: 1-1

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Werder Bremen (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Eintracht Frankfurt are a team on a roll and should have too much quality for visitors Werder Bremen on Saturday evening at Deutsche Bank Park. Scoring 10 goals in their last two games, Frankfurt are in free-scoring form and can win convincingly against Werder Bremen who have conceded 21 goals in 10 games this term.

Score prediction: 3-1

Holstein Kiel vs Mainz 05 (Sunday, 2.30pm)

Moving on to Sunday’s action and Mainz 05 should have enough quality to overcome Holstein Kiel who are struggling down in 17th place. With Holstein Kiel losing four of their five games on home soil, Mainz can be confident of leaving with the spoils.

Score prediction: 0-2

Borussia Monchengladbach vs St. Pauli (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Capping things off this weekend, Borussia Monchengladbach can look forward to their first Bundesliga clash with St. Pauli since February 2011. With just two wins in their first 10 games, St. Pauli have only scored seven goals this term in the Bundesliga and Gladbach should triumph on Sunday evening.

Score prediction: 2-0
