More Nations League action is on a tasty Sunday menu with a number of teams playing their final matches in the competition until September.

Among the highlights are Swizterland's clash with Portugal and a Scandinavian derby between Norway and Sweden.

Norway vs Sweden (5pm BST)

Norway have looked the standout side in Group B4 in the Nations League so far, taking seven points from their first three matches to go top of the standings.

Manchester City-bound star Erling Haaland has naturally played a key role, scoring all three of their goals in the competition to date, but they have also been solid at the back with two clean sheets in their three matches.

Stale Solbakken's men look in great shape right now and should fancy their chances of seeing off Sweden, who will be without key defender Victor Lindelof for this contest.

That does not bode well for the Swedes, who pride themselves on defensive resilience with the cautious Janne Andersson in charge.

They do not carry the same attacking threat as Haaland's Norway, who are going from strength to strength and can make it a double over their neighbours, having won 2-1 in Solna last Sunday.

Andersson's men have won only two of their last seven games in 90 minutes in all competitions, losing five and needing extra time to beat the Czech Republic, while Norway are unbeaten in their last seven games at home.

Greece vs Kosovo (7.45pm BST)

Greece have not qualified for a major tournament since the 2014 World Cup in Brazil but they have looked much sharper under Gus Poyet, winning four of their first five matches under the stewardship of the former Brighton manager.

Three of those victories have come in the Nations League with the Greeks having seen off Northern Ireland, Kosovo and Cyprus so far.

They kept clean sheets in all three of those assignments and back in November last year, they also restricted an exciting Spanish team to a mere 1-0 win which came courtesy of a Pablo Sarabia penalty.

Kosovo managed to steer three goals past Northern Ireland last time out but this Greece team are more organised and it would be no surprise to see them record yet another shutout win in Athens.

Switzerland vs Portugal (7.45pm BST)

Arguably the biggest match in the Nations League this evening pits Switzerland against Portugal, although the two countries have made starkly contrasting starts to their current campaigns.

The Portuguese romped to a 4-0 success when these teams clashed in Lisbon at the start of the month, netting three of those goals in the first half.

Fernando Santos's side have taken seven points from their three assignments. having drawn with Spain and beaten Czech Republic either side of the victory over the Swiss.

As for Murat Yakin's men, they have disappointed in the Nations League so far, losing all three of their contests and scoring only one goal in the process.

Pressure is mounting on the head coach ahead of the World Cup at the end of the year but they are unlikely to turn things around against a Portugal side blessed with depth across the pitch.

Switzerland have lost four of their five matches in 2022 and another defeat could well be on the cards in Geneva.
